The European Labour Law Journal is a peer reviewed academic journal in the area of European labour law and social policy. European labour law is viewed in a wide sense. It includes labour law at the European Union level as well as labour law in the Member States. The European Law Journal stands for the study of European law in its political, economic, historical, social and cultural context. The journal focuses on both supranational law (European Union law, the law of the European Convention of Human Rights), transnational law and the national laws of European states from a comparative perspective. Aims and Scope The European Law Journal represents a new approach to European Law. Its main purposes are to express and to develop the study and understanding of European law in its social cultural The European Journal of Law and Economics provides readers with high-quality theoretical and empirical research in which both the legal and economic dimensions merge and combine.
